Ventia are currently seeking to engage a Driller (Well Servicing) to join our Well Servicing team within our Rig & Wells contract located in Western Australia. Reporting to the Rig Manager, this role will see you responsible for all rig equipment and crew, ensuring maintenance schedules are adhere to and the equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
This is a casual ongoing role on a 2:2 roster, with flights & accommodation provided.
The payrate for this role is between $880.32 - $967.21 per day (includes casual loading and is a flat rate).

Key duties, but not limited to:

Ensure the RWS Safety Management System and contract requirements are met
-
Use, maintain, and report on plant and equipment, including failures and damage
-
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of incidents, hazards, pipe tally, operations, and safety meetings
-
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all employees and sub-contractors wear appropriate PPE

Assist with the training, mentoring, and development of rig staff, particularly focusing on the Derrickman
-
Communicate and comply with client policies, ensuring safety and Ventia standards are met
Requirements:

Driver’s Licence
-
Certificate II, III, or IV in Well Servicing Operations

BOP IWCF Level 3
-
Proven client relationship management skills
-
Experience within a Well Servicing environment – Highly regarded
