As Change and Engagement Lead, you'll play a critical role in enabling large-scale transformation that strengthens care delivery across the region. From shaping enterprise-wide change strategies to partnering with leaders on high-impact programs, you'll help ensure people are ready, supported and confident through every step of change.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Designing and driving change strategies that improve adoption and deliver lasting outcomes across major initiatives
Building trusted partnerships with executives, clinicians and teams to align priorities and guide complex transitions
Leading and mentoring a team to deliver innovative communication and engagement approaches
Using insights, data and feedback to refine strategies, strengthen readiness and embed sustainable change
