The role
This Senior Internal Communications Advisor sits at the centre of a team that is shaping how internal communications connects people across the Department. You’ll help design, draft and deliver clear, engaging internal communications that supports significant strategic projects and major change programs, as well as help build a stronger sense of connection and engagement across the Department.
Working closely with senior leaders, including one of our Deputy Secretaries and other business stakeholders, you’ll juggle competing priorities and different perspectives while keeping communication engaging, accessible, clear and consistent. From developing integrated communications plans and messaging, to delivering campaigns and events, you’ll play a hands-on role and know how to use analytics to make sure communication lands well and supports organisational priorities.

What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or other related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience.
