My Companion Co. is currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and motivated Cleaner / Domestic Assistant to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants within the community.
This role is more than just cleaning, it’s about helping people maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified home environment while supporting their independence.
About the Role:
You will provide domestic assistance services to NDIS participants in their homes, including:
- General household cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Dusting and tidying
- Laundry and linen changes
- Basic household organisation
- Supporting participants to maintain a clean and safe living space
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a kind and respectful nature, and understands the importance of person-centred support.

- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently
- Compassionate and respectful approach to clients and their homes
Essential Requirements:
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (preferred but not essential)
