Admin/Reception
We’re looking for a highly motivated and personable Receptionist/Admin to join our amazing team at NutriBlooms. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love helping people, this role is perfect for you!
Casual Role: 4 days per week
- Blackburn Clinic and Lilydale Clinic
Key Requirements:
1. Confidence with IT Systems and Willingness to Learn
- Proficient in using computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems).
- Quick to adapt and learn new technologies and practice management systems.
2. Excellent Communication Skills and Client Care
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner.
- Confident in answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing client enquiries.
3. Friendly and Warm Personality
- A welcoming and approachable demeanor to create a positive client experience.
- Ability to maintain a calm and cheerful attitude, even in busy situations.
4. Very Well-Organised
- Strong organisational skills to manage bookings, client records, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems to keep operations running smoothly.
