We're looking for Psychologists (Clinical or General) who want to be part of a growing practice. Whether you're an experienced clinician looking for a flexible few days each week, or you're earlier in your career and excited to thoughtfully develop your clinical niche, we'd love to hear from you.
Psychologists / Clinical Psychologists
- General or clinical psychologists with a clear or emerging niche
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for adults across anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment and complex presentations
- Trauma-informed clinician with training in schema therapy, IFS/parts work, EMDR and more.
- Ability to build and maintain a caseload
- Interest in long-term collaboration with SVM Psychology
Assessment Psychologists (ASD / ADHD focus)
- Experience conducting adult and/or child ASD and ADHD assessments
- Cognitive, diagnostic, and functional assessments (child and/or adult)
- Must have access to their own validated assessment tools and batteries
- SVM Psychology provides access to Novopsych subscription tools and basic clinical measures

About you
- Passionate clinician wanting to build a meaningful practice.
- Registered ABN or ACN
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
- Clinical endorsement (for the Clinical Psychologist position) or a strong interest in psychological assessment.
- An existing referral network or caseload is welcomed but not essential
- Have access to specific assessment batteries relevant to your area of focus
- A desire to build and develop your own area of clinical expertise as you consistently scale your caseload over time
- Comfortable working independently with autonomy and collaborating as an active team member within the practice network.
- Strong communication, report writing and diagnostic formulation skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based, ethical practice.
- A good communicator, collaborative, client-centred approach.
- Have working rights in Australia.

Pay: $280.00 – $320.00 per hour
