About Us
Our client, a leading company in the printer industry, is seeking a proactive and motivated Part-Time Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and CRM development activities. We are looking for a sales-focused professional who is enthusiastic about identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting the sales process.
You will play a crucial role in qualifying and developing leads, conducting outbound prospecting activities, maintaining customer data within the CRM system, and working closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to generate new business opportunities. By joining the team, you will contribute to a forward-thinking company that values innovation and excellence in the printer industry.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity, working 3 days per week (approximately 22.5 hours per week), with casual employment also considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, trade shows, and website enquiries
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email campaigns and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases across key industries and market segments
- Maintain accurate customer records and support the ongoing development and improvement of the CRM database
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and business growth
Contribute to the improvement of sales processes, workflows, and lead management practices

Your Profile
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Field Sales preferred
- Experience conducting cold calls, outbound prospecting, and customer engagement activities preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar platforms highly regarded
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working across both Sales and Marketing functions
- Business-level proficiency in English is required.
