Operations Manager – Cleaning & Facilities | Eastern Suburbs, Sydney | Full-Time
A growing cleaning operations business based in Double Bay is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across a portfolio of commercial sites in Sydney.
This is a full time permanent position suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on, road-based role. You'll be out visiting clients, managing subcontractors, overseeing site mobilisations, resolving operational issues, and staying on top of follow up — with the support of a small, tight-knit leadership team behind you.
What we're looking for
Someone who already knows this environment. You're self-directed, commercially minded, responsive, and confident managing competing priorities without close supervision. You take ownership, communicate well, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
Essential requirements
- Experience in cleaning and facilities management
- Proven ability to manage operations independently
- Strong client and site management capability
- An existing subcontractor network (highly regarded)
