Full-Time Opportunity Available
We're looking for an early-career professional who wants to build a career in People & Culture.
At RFBI, we embrace technology and the opportunities it creates, but the heart of People & Culture remains deeply human. Great practitioners build relationships, solve problems and earn trust. If you want to develop your craft by working with people, not just systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Someone who is approachable, professional and comfortable communicating with people in person, over the phone and in writing.
We value people who communicate well. That means knowing when an email is appropriate and when a conversation is the better option.
You'll enjoy this role if you're curious, practical and enjoy working with people. You're happy to ask questions, keen to learn from others and understand that good People & Culture work is built on strong relationships, trust and sound judgement.
