Job Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will help customers identify and implement technology solutions that support their business goals while driving revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with enterprise and government customers
Understand customer technology needs and business objectives
Recommend IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, datacentre, and collaboration technologies
Work with engineers and solution architects to develop proposals
Prepare quotations, commercial agreements, and solution presentations
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets
Coordinate with technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, and Splunk
Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Essential
Experience in technology sales, account management, or pre-sales
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders
Experience managing complex sales cycles
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft, Cisco, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
IT industry certifications or vendor accreditations
Experience working with enterprise or government clients
