We are seeking an experienced, passionate and hard-working Barista / Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team, ensuring consistently exceptional coffee and customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the face of the cafe
- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages to the cafe's exacting standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ensure an efficient and seamless workflow in the busy cafe
- Open and/or close the store following set-up and/or pack down procedures
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with general cafe duties as required
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience as a barista, with a proven track record of excellence
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceptional service
- Available to work weekends (daytime work only)
- Someone seeking a long-term, secure position
