Bar Vino is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure high standards of service, food quality, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate front- and back-of-house
- Supervise staff (rostering, training, performance)
- Maintain service standards and handle customer enquiries/complaints
- Oversee reservations and service flow
- Support cost control, budgeting, and menu planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
- Liaise with suppliers and manage stock/deliveries
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and/or minimum 2 years’ experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position: Full-time
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + super
