About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Care Lead to join our team at Virginia. This role is all about improving equipment reliability, driving maintenance excellence, and partnering with operations to maximise plant performance. You'll play a critical role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, maintaining asset data integrity within SAP, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and helping ensure our manufacturing assets operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Support major maintenance shutdowns, equipment upgrades and reliability improvement projects
Champion safe work practices, GMP compliance and effective risk management across maintenance activities
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or a related maintenance discipline
Strong experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, food production or industrial environment
Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, asset care or reliability-focused roles
Experience using SAP PM or a similar Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Solid understanding of preventative maintenance, work management processes and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across maintenance and operations teams
Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and maintenance reporting systems
Why You'll Love It Here:
You'll join a business with some of Australia's most loved brands, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where continuous improvement, reliability and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on plant performance, help shape our asset care strategy, and work alongside experienced engineering, maintenance and operational leaders to deliver world-class manufacturing outcomes.
