We are recruiting an Executive Housekeeper to Head a team in star class hotel in Sydney.
We are looking for someone who is strong in administration, communication, supervision, staff management and leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance, and quality standards established by the Hotel.
About the role:
- Establishes and maintains department organization, manning, and productivity.
- Responsible for the recruitment of team members, in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Circulate daily, weekly, monthly reports with management.
- Perform all aspects of colleague development and performance management for the Housekeeping department
- Manage contract housekeeping team of 70+ employees
- Analyze monthly reports and review opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare annual expense budget with the support of the Finance and Rooms division leadership team.
- Maintain quality expectations all the time as per 5-star standards.
About you:
- Previous experience as Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager is a must with 350 + Room Hotel exposure
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with a guest service focus
- Excellent attention to detail together with organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work and make decisions under time constraints.
- Multi property exposure will be a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
