Introduction:
THE MISSION
Are you a high-performance retail leader who lives and breathes fitness, ready to drive success of our top-performing doorway and lead our localised community marketing strategy?
We are looking for a visionary Head Coach (Store Manager) to lead our flagship team at Pacific Fair. As our top door in our home state, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in close proximity to our Logan HQ while leading the Queensland flagship space. This is not just about running a retail floor. It is about driving the standard for how our brand connects with the community.
Working closely alongside our retail leadership team, this role is responsible for growing local community connections, coaching and developing your team, and driving brand growth. With LSKD rapidly expanding our Gold Coast footprint, this flagship role is your opportunity to explore your passions, become 1% better everyday, and fast-track your career with us.
Description:
SO, WHAT'S INVOLVED?
1. Create a Community
The Ultimate Storyteller: Act as the ultimate brand ambassador, bringing the LSKD history, values, and energy to life for a high-volume, diverse demographic.
Strategy Beyond the Four Walls: Design and execute a strategic quarterly community plan that drives brand advocacy and store traffic.
Partnerships & Sweats: Build authentic relationships with values-aligned partners, galvanising your team to step outside the store and join sweat sessions at local studios.
2. Develop a Team of Leaders
Build the Pipeline: Recruit, onboard, and retain a world-class, high-performing team. As our Queensland flagship, your store will be a breeding ground for internal talent and future LSKD leaders.
The 1% Feedback Loop: Foster a supportive, high-accountability environment through daily game plans, generous two-way feedback, and structured quarterly reviews.
Fuel Growth: Leverage the LSKD Library and training tools to align your team’s personal, health, and career goals with tangible development opportunities.
3. Operational Excellence
Presentation & VM: Action the weekly Visual Merchandising plan to maintain premium standards and maximise commercial opportunities. Ensure the store is impeccably managed daily—clean, tidy, priced, and displaying our full product offering.
Inventory & Back of House Integrity: Hold accountability for total stock accuracy, ensuring all incoming inventory, transfers, faulty products, and pullbacks are processed efficiently. Maintain back of house organisation so every item has an intentional home.
Roster & Financial Management: Optimise roster engineering to align with traffic flow while hitting employee cost percentage targets. Ensure timesheets are accurate, execute cash handling and banking with precision, and investigate any closing discrepancies immediately.
Compliance, Communication & Safety: Complete daily opening and closing duties accurately, execute brand campaigns on time, and keep trading hours and the retail calendar updated. Ensure the team is informed, fully trained on return policies, and proactively managing workplace safety.
4. Product Obsessed
Fabric & Fit Authority: Act as the ultimate product expert, leading regular team fit sessions to ensure your squad authentically educates our community on technical ranges.
Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the total lifecycle of product in store, from box to community fulfilment, striving daily to hit our key product benchmarks.
5. Financial Smarts
P&L & Wage Management: Understand how to thoroughly analyse store P&L statements and manage employee wages and hours to make smart business decisions and set clear actions for improvement.
KPI Data Analysis: Analyse and understand store KPIs on a daily and weekly basis, continuously aiming to drive core performance metrics to meet and exceed benchmarks.
Commercial Reflection: Deliver sharp weekly reflections and recaps on business performance, identifying strengths and opportunities to create tangible actions to be 1% better everyday.
Team Financial Engagement: Educate and engage your team on the financial performance of the store, gaining their support to successfully achieve our financial targets and KPIs.
