Ultimate Security is seeking customer service-oriented Monitoring Centre Operators, with experience in Mastermind EX monitoring platform, to work a rotating 24/7 roster. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a Grade A1 Certified Monitoring Centre.

Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems across multiple sites

Respond to alarm activations and alarm system faults

Dispatch guards and patrols

Respond to customer enquiries

Generation of reports

Data entry

Ensure compliance and service levels are achieved

A minimum of 1E Security Licence

Previous Monitoring Room experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster including day shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Strong attention to detail
