About the Role
This newly created role is responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation and continuous improvement of Accent Group’s HR systems.
Partnering with People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and external vendors, you’ll drive system enhancements, improve business processes, deliver meaningful reporting and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to create a better experience for our teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and optimise Accent Group’s HR systems and technology roadmap.
- Act as the business SME for HR systems.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementation projects.
- Collaborating with the HR and payroll teams and other key stakeholders to determine HRIS needs, identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Manage HRIS configuration, workflows, security, user access and data integrity.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology and external vendors to deliver continuous improvements.
- Develop workforce reporting, dashboards and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy through auditing and reconciliation processes.
- Analyse trends to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- Drive process automation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency using technology and AI.
- Provide system support, training and subject matter expertise across the business.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and payroll requirements
To be successful you will have:
You’ll be a systems-focused HR professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and delivering exceptional user experiences.
You’ll also bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise HR systems within a large organisation.
- Strong experience with Dayforce, iChris Payroll and Zendesk (highly regarded).
- Exposure to other HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is advantageous.
- Experience leading HR systems projects, upgrades or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading HR systems projects, implementations or major enhancements.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing HR reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
