Details: We are seeking an experienced ASO 4 Executive Assistant. This position supports both office of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Executive Branch Manager and office of Women, Youth, LGBTIQA+ and Multicultural Affair Executive Branch Manager. The role provides a diversity of responsibilities and requires a person with the ability to manage a range of priorities. You will be solutions-focused, adaptable, and able to use initiative to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they arise. In this role, you will provide:
Efficient and confidential executive support to two Executive Branch Managers - including the monitoring of inboxes, collation and delivery of relevant information and management of executive correspondence.
Maintain Executive diaries, including research, preparation and dissemination of information for meetings, organisation of meetings, appointments and conferences.
Oversee the management of administrative processes including support for human resources, finance and procurement functions.

This position does not involve direct supervision of staff.
