The Role
As a Labourer, you will form an integral part of our team to carry out works on our civil infrastructure projects, including manual and machine-based work with continuous opportunities to gain new tickets, licenses, and exposure to a wide variety of service relocation and new service infrastructure projects.
Operators will need to be able to trench to grade in an Excavator, with experience in working on tight sites and around ground crew. Operators will be working in machines from 3T-30T and will work alongside the ground crew where necessary to keep the crew moving.
Many of our projects are Tier 1 projects and may require weekend shift, night shift or work away from home depending on project requirements. The Labourer and Operator roles are subject to pre-employment testing, including a pre-employment medical with a drug and alcohol test.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:

Current Driver’s License is mandatory, HR or above license is looked upon favourably
- White Card
- Machinery tickets, including Excavator, Loader, Skidsteer and Roller are highly desirable but not essential
- Experience working around pipelines and services, including CST, Stormwater, Water Mains, and Sewer
- Availability and willingness to work day shift, night shift, overtime and weekend work as required
