The Role As a Registered Nurse at Wongaburra, you’ll:
- Deliver holistic, person-centred care to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.
- Build trusting relationships with residents, understanding and responding to their unique needs.
- Manage medication, wound care, and infection control.
- Lead a team of care staff and coordinate daily care plans.
- Collaborate with our holistic care team to promote residents’ lifestyle and wellbeing.
- Perform assessments, documentation, and complex clinical care with support from senior nurses.

- Are a registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
