As Manager Shared Living, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of disability support services across Melbourne. You'll oversee multiple homes, develop and inspire your teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive service excellence that delivers meaningful outcomes for the people we support.

Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers

Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice

Partner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholders

Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices

Oversee workforce planning, rosters and service delivery
