- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Switchboard experience and accurate data entry skills

The Position
With our solar division growing rapidly, it demands for a new team member. As a Solar Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations — ensuring customers are supported, installations run smoothly and our solar projects shine from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer queries via phone and email
- Pre-enter new solar contracts and process approvals (Synergy / Western Power)
- Schedule solar jobs with installers and coordinate with sales consultants
- Order stock, prepare picking slips, and liaise with suppliers
- Lodge STCs, solar manuals, SEMS portal entries, and Western Power approvals to operate
- Manage solar invoicing and dashboards
- Provide after-sales support, including handling solar/inverter faults
- Attend solar meetings & prepare minutes
- Support sales reps with catch-ups and provide general office administration assistance
