- Contribute to a large, dynamic department committed to delivering exceptional multidisciplinary and patient‑centred care
- Lead, guide, and manage Diversional Therapy services for aged care inpatients, including those experiencing Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD)
- Apply advanced clinical expertise to deliver efficient, effective, and evidence‑based Diversional Therapy interventions
- Design and implement therapeutic activities that build patient capacity for meaningful leisure both in hospital and at home
Play a key role in improving patient outcomes, promoting engagement, and supporting holistic, person‑centred recovery

- Work collaboratively and consultatively while also demonstrating the ability to operate independently and manage your own clinical caseload with confidence and organisation
- Bring advanced clinical skills and experience in delivering evidence‑based Diversional Therapy programs and activities tailored to your clinical caseload
- Actively contribute to service planning, implementation and evaluation through quality improvement processes that enhance patient experience and service delivery
- Demonstrate leadership capability through supervising staff or students and maintaining a commitment to ongoing professional development
