Big Smile Services has positions open for male support workers with some level of experience and skills working with people with disability . Our clients require social support, domestic assistance, community access. We have one-on-one shifts . This position is based in Toowoomba.

Required Certifications/Skills
- You should have a great communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will ideally have experience working with various participant needs
- You will need exceptional observation and written communication skills
- You will have a passion for working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- You will also need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, current first aid and CPR, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle
