DLA Piper's Knowledge team play a key role in supporting systems and platforms that drive legal excellence across our firm. Our Knowledge function is central to delivering high-quality legal services, enabling collaboration, supporting learning, and helping the business achieve its strategic goals.
Reporting to the Head of Knowledge Systems, this role works closely with both our Australian and global Knowledge teams to support legal quality, legal learning, and knowledge management platforms and processes. You will contribute to the ongoing success of our knowledge systems while helping ensure our people have access to the tools, resources and support they need to deliver exceptional client service.

The role delivers essential Knowledge Systems support for Australia and operates as part of the wider central Knowledge Services team. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge platform maintenance: adding/removing content, maintaining folder structure and site pages, applying metadata and access settings.
- Legal learning support: maintaining central learning platform and processes.
- Supporting development of knowledge content: applying standard document functionality and ensuring compliance with legal work document style.
- Monitoring Australia Knowledge Team mailbox: responding to general (non-legal) and systems support queries, escalating more complex queries to other team members.
- Managing time-critical user access for online search and registration platforms.
- Knowledge systems supporting tasks, including platform reporting and process implementation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel.
- Microsoft Power Platform desirable, but not essential.
- Familiarity with document and learning management systems and content management.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility to work across a variety of tasks.
- Previous experience in a knowledge role would be helpful, but not essential.
