About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual and Full-Time Pharmacy Assistants to join our Riverlea team.
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. Working closely with the Retail Manager and wider team, you’ll help ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers

Build positive relationships and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere

Maintain attractive shelves and displays through merchandising and stock replenishment

Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing

Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register

Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store

Support daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable retail and healthcare industry skills, with ongoing support and training provided.
For successful candidates who demonstrate strong leadership skills and performance, there will be opportunities to progress into a Shift Supervisor position and take on greater responsibility within the team.

Ideally, You Will Have:

Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
