Hello Harry Caloundra is looking for a Casual Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House team.
This role will primarily work on our fryer station, so previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is essential.
Unlike many fast food restaurants, our kitchen is not a production line. We prepare fresh ingredients every day and cook every meal fresh to order. Quality, consistency and teamwork are what set us apart.
This position would suit an experienced kitchen hand or cook, or a motivated junior with commercial kitchen experience who is looking to further develop their skills.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the fryer station during service.
- Cooking products to our quality and presentation standards.
- Assisting with food preparation.
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Working efficiently to ensure every meal is prepared fresh and served promptly.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Takes pride in producing quality food.
- Works well under pressure.
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Is available to work across our full trading hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Wants to learn and continue developing their kitchen skills.

Pay: $33.00 – $41.00 per hour
