In the role of Associate Director, you’ll join our Franchise Banking team in Sydney that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Proactively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost-effective and appropriate channels.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key BFS customers and referral partners.
- Champion NAB’s customer-obsessed culture, role-modelling behaviours and influencing others to do the same.
- Implement specific competitive local sales/income campaigns and initiatives and sell/promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameters.
- Uphold professional and ethical behaviour by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.
- Adherence to policy and exercise sound judgment when applicable.
- Personally sanction BFS lending within own personal lending authorities.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience and knowledge of business banking and/or credit assessment.
- Demonstrated experience working in the banking preferable.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to engage and influence across a wide range of customers.
- Ability to manage risk profile management and business lending capability.
- Strong understanding of BFS products/services.
- Completion of a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB) preferred.
