Piccolo Me in Mulgrave is looking for an experienced and exceptional Cook /Chef to join our team!
Role and Responsibility:
- Preparing a range of Modern Australian meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast and lunch to a high standard
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards
- Developing daily lunch and breakfast specials
- Preparation of catering and Uber / Doordash orders
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be available Saturdays
Desirable:
- Be a team player and a good communicator
- Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
