We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pizziolo to join our team for our mobile tent set-up, bringing expertise in traditional pizza making to our fast-paced, hands-on environment.
This role is ideal for a confident pizza maker who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a small, fast-paced team. You will be responsible for preparing dough, stretching and topping pizzas, and operating our mobile pizza oven to consistently produce high-quality pizzas during service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing pizza dough and toppings to a high standard
- Operating and maintaining the mobile pizza oven
- Cooking pizzas quickly and consistently during busy service periods
- Helping set up and pack down the tent and work area
- Assisting with customer service and taking orders
- Packing and handing out orders
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Training and supporting other team members as needed
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced pizziolo with a proven track record of making high-quality pizzas
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working outdoors and on their feet
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly with customers and team members
- Previous experience in a similar mobile or high-volume pizza environment is highly regarded
