About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking secure safe deposit locker solutions. You will assist clients throughout the sales process, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a professional and welcoming experience while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and security.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Welcome prospective customers and explain our safe deposit locker services and locker rental options.
- Conduct facility tours and demonstrate security features and locker options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable locker sizes and service packages.
- Convert enquiries into new memberships through effective sales techniques.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, referrals, and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
- Assist customers with account enquiries, renewals, locker access procedures, and general requests.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Process membership applications, agreements, payments, and renewals accurately.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure all customer identification and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and locker holdings.
- Follow all company security policies and operational procedures.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare administrative documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and manage customer bookings.
Team Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, financial services, or hospitality is preferred.
