Do you love working in community and stakeholder engagement or delivering great outcomes for the community and customers?
Working as part of a team delivering community and stakeholder engagement activities across Transport for NSW programs and projects.
This role will see you support and input into the planning, coordination and delivery of engagement activities, assist with preparing communication materials, maintain records and databases, respond to community enquiries, and contribute to transparent, inclusive and trusted engagement with customers and communities.
You will support new ways of providing timely, accurate and accessible information in a fast moving project environment with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering effective and efficient coordination, operational and engagement support to Community and Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) teams across Transport for NSW.
This role will see you support engagement activities, procurement, record keeping, reporting and workforce coordination, enabling smooth, compliant and customer and community focused operations across the branch while contributing to accurate, timely and well coordinated engagement delivery.
You will support improved ways of coordinating engagement activities and operational processes in a dynamic, high volume environment with multiple systems, competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
We have a number of Permanent and Temporary Fixed Term roles available across the following areas:
Sydney - office locations CBD, Macquarie Park and Parramatta
North Region - office locations Newcastle, Grafton
South Region - office locations Wagga Wagga & Wollongong
West Region - office locations Parkes

About you
Your engagement, organisational and coordination skills formed across professional office, administrative or community engagement environments will see you excel in balancing operational and engagement responsibilities, maintaining accuracy and compliance across systems, and supporting high quality engagement delivery, bringing structured processes and reliable support to lead to timely, consistent and customer focused outcomes.
You’re recognised as a dependable and detail focused contributor, skilled at coordinating logistics, maintaining records and preparing documentation, and experienced in supporting community engagement activities within complex, fast paced environments.
