Knowledge & skills • Good understanding of software delivery methods and processes
- Knowledge of the release management function within software delivery
- Knowledge of service management principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
- Ability to manage and work across multiple concurrent streams of work
- Knowledge of Plutora, Jira and confluence
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS and Azure)
Relevant experience • As release manager or project manager with view of the full software delivery lifecycle
- Worked within both Agile /Iterative and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with development and utilisation of DevOps methods and tools, specifically in relation with management of configuration items
- Experience of working within banking environments and systems will be advantageous
- Leading an organisation level process and behaviour change, with direct responsibility of implementing the change through interaction with stakeholders across levels in the organisation
