We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Support Office team on a 12-Month Contract. This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and clinic teams across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Be the voice of our brand by delivering thoughtful, professional, and empathetic support across multiple digital channels.

Support clients with their journey by managing appointments, handling queries, and offering treatment advice tailored to their needs.

Educate and consult with clients on pre- and post-care, skincare products, and treatment options.

Protect and strengthen our online reputation by responding promptly and effectively to Google Reviews and other public customer feedback.

Turn customer concerns into positive experiences by resolving issues efficiently and building trust with every interaction.

Help us maintain industry-leading service standards by consistently meeting response time and resolution SLAs.

Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey by recognising recurring issues and sharing insights with the wider team.

Play a key role in building customer loyalty through positive, solution-focused interactions that leave a lasting impression.

Handle administration including accurate record keeping, responding to feedback, and reporting discrepancies.

Support process improvements by maintaining data accuracy and contributing to efficient systems that enhance customer experience.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (essential) – aesthetics or beauty industry experience highly regarded.

Qualifications in customer service, sales, or administration (e.g. Cert III in Retail/Administration) are a plus.

A proven ability to deliver outstanding, tailored service to clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re professional, friendly, and consultative.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

A customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.

Flexibility to work retail hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Tech-savviness – confident using Microsoft Office, booking systems, and willing to learn new platforms.
