Cleaner / Receptionist – Motel

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Cleaner / Receptionist to join our team at Comfort Inn On Raglan.
This is a varied role suitable for someone who is comfortable working across both motel housekeeping and reception duties.
Key Duties
* Cleaning and servicing motel rooms to a high standard
* Making beds and replacing linen and towels
* Cleaning bathrooms and common areas
* Restocking room amenities
* Checking rooms are ready for arriving guests
* Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
* Answering phone calls and guest enquiries
* Taking and managing accommodation bookings
* General reception and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
* Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
* Friendly and confident when dealing with guests
* Good communication and basic computer skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required
* Previous motel/hotel cleaning or reception experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right person
