Kanda is seeking a highly organised and proactive
casual Rostering Officer to join our team in
Brisbane. This role supports the coordination of accurate and efficient staff rosters, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver quality services.
In this role, you will work closely with a dispersed team of Rostering Officers and other internal teams to ensure quality workforce coverage that aligns with operational and participant needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, coordinate and maintain staff rosters to meet service and workforce needs
- Allocate shifts and manage unplanned changes to ensure coverage
- Process compliant availability, leave, and roster updates accurately
- Review and support timesheet accuracy for payroll processing
- Monitor compliance with SCHADS Award and fatigue management guidelines
- Communicate effectively with staff and internal stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role within community services
- Strong ability to interpret and apply the SCHADS Award
- Confident using different applications including Microsoft Office suite and rostering systems
- Excellent communications skills with a genuine commitment to supporting clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail, organisational & time management skills
- Hold a valid Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
