About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our wholesale division in a Front of House role at our CKM HQ.
This position is ideal for a confident, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building strong, long-term client relationships. The Role:
· Our front-of-house powerhouse who leads, inspires, and motivates your team to smash their daily and monthly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a Front of House ambassador for CKM, delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience
· Assist with the presentation, curation, and pitching of weekly styles to existing, new, and prospective wholesale customers
· Confidently discuss product details, trends, and ranges with buyers and decision-makers
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
· Support proactive business development through outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting
· Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
· Represent the CKM brand with professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for fashion
· Maintain showroom standards, visual presentation, and sample organisation
· Assist with order processing, administration, and CRM system updates
Required Skills & Experience:
· 2+ years’ experience in wholesale or retail sales (fashion industry preferred)
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
· Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach to sales
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets
· Comfortable using POS systems, CRM platforms, and internal sales systems
· Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and product presentation
