Parts Interpreter | Mercedes-Benz Sydney
We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitude Parts Interpreter to join our parts team.
Our ideal applicant will have a comprehensive knowledge of genuine parts and have previous experience in the role of a similar part within a dealership environment.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention

Provide technical and product information to our customers

Understanding and monitoring effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory

Working in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximize parts sales opportunities
