The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Delivery Lead – Marketplaces to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace channels. Working closely with Digital Commerce, Category, Customer Service and third-party logistics partners, you'll ensure our marketplace channels operate efficiently, maintain high seller performance standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You Will Provide
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our online marketplace channels, ensuring listings, pricing, stock availability and fulfilment remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate the end-to-end order lifecycle, working closely with third-party logistics providers to meet service levels and resolve fulfilment issues.
- Maintain marketplace seller account health by managing compliance requirements, buyer enquiries, disputes and performance metrics.
- Deliver marketplace promotions and campaigns while identifying opportunities to improve listings, product range and channel performance.
- Monitor marketplace performance through regular reporting on revenue, margins, fulfilment, returns and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Digital Commerce, Category and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations across all channels.

About You
- Experience in ecommerce, online marketplace or fulfilment operations.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace listings, orders and seller performance.
- Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining catalogue, pricing and stock accuracy.
- Confident using Excel, spreadsheets and operational reporting tools.
- A proactive problem solver who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Catch or TikTok Shop is highly regarded.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers, feed management tools or platforms such as Adobe Commerce or Magento will be advantageous.
