The Role
The HR Projects Manager leads the planning and delivery of HR programs and projects that improve employee experience, uplift capability, and strengthen organisational performance.
This is a standalone, part-time role focused on project and change delivery rather than traditional HR business partnering.
The role is offered as a fixed-term contract through to the end of September 2027, working up to 4 days per week.
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects
Establish fit-for-purpose project plans, governance and reporting
Partner with HR, IT, Finance and senior leaders to align priorities
Deliver change management, communications and adoption activities
Use HR data and insights to track outcomes and drive improvement
Manage external vendors and ensure risk and compliance requirements are met
What you’ll bring
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
Proven experience delivering HR or people-related projects
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capability
Experience working within an HR function and across HR systems and processes
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
