To be considered, applicants will be required to have the following:

Be accredited by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) (or be eligible for said NESA accreditation).
Have Tertiary Educational Qualifications at Bachelor degree level or higher that are or would be recognised by NESA preferably with a major or subjects covering the relevant subject area(s)
Demonstrated Teaching experience in a secondary school
Current Working with Children Check
Have a willingness to support the Catholic Ethos of the College, its Marist and Mercy Charism and the Vision of Red Bend Catholic College (refer www.redbendcc.nsw.edu.au)
Demonstrate a passion and aptitude for teaching
Demonstrated presentation of prescribed curriculum using a range of teaching techniques and materials
Demonstrated practitioner in a mixed ability classroom
Remuneration
Teaching staff at the College are covered by the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Teachers – Model C) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023.
Remuneration level is based on demonstrated experience in Teaching.
