This is a permanent full-time role based in Dharug country (Parramatta), Tarndanya (Adelaide) or Meanjin (Brisbane). What You'll Do
Deliver positive, inclusive customer experiences in a structured inbound contact centre environment
Understand each customers needs and recommend tailored insurance options that provide the right level of cover and protection
Clearly explain policy options, benefits, and pricing to help customers feel confident in their decisions
Accurately update customer information and policies while resolving enquiries and navigating conversations with care and professionalism About You
Previous customer-facing experience (e.g. sales, hospitality, retail, or contact centre) is highly valued
A strong customer focus, with empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly
Confidence using multiple systems, with solid digital skills and attention to detail
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with an openness to learning and feedback
The ability to work towards KPIs while maintaining high-quality customer outcomes
