We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join our Commercial Insurance team in Brisbane working with Mark Sainsbury.
About the team and the work
You will have the opportunity to work across complex liability claims, personal injury claims, multiple party actions, indemnity and quantum issues, and complex litigation.
You will be working with national and international insurers, self-insured entities and government agencies on public liability matters, with a focus on personal injury claims.
The practice has a strong blue-chip client base, and you will have access to a range of challenging and complex matters.

About you
You will have 1+ years' experience gained in a well-regarded Insurance practice, those with relevant preadmission experience are encouraged to still apply.
Experience defending general liability and/or professional indemnity claims is ideal.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
