Wollongong Private is seeking compassionate and professional Registered Nurses for dedicated positions in our Intensive Care Unit. Our ICU is a state‑of‑the‑art, 10‑bed unit specialising in Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Vascular and General Surgery. We combine cutting‑edge technology with a team culture built on respect, collaboration, and genuine compassion.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

A minimum of 2 years' experience in an ICU or high-dependency unit

Advanced clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations

A commitment to patient-centred care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
-
Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing (desirable)

A competitive salary: A base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife Level 1 gr1-gr8)
