We're looking for an experienced Sales & Design Consultant who enjoys working with successful homeowners and understands that premium products deserve a premium customer experience.
This isn't a high-volume sales role.
It's about building trust, understanding how people live, designing solutions that genuinely improve their homes, and guiding clients through an enjoyable, consultative process.
You'll know how to ask the right questions, identify clients who value quality over price, and confidently manage conversations around significant investments. You'll also recognise when an opportunity isn't the right fit and focus your time where you can create the greatest value.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

This role would suit someone with experience in luxury residential construction, architectural products, premium kitchens, bespoke joinery, high-end interiors, prestige automotive, luxury real estate or other consultative sales environments where relationships, credibility and professionalism matter.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
