Previous leadership experience within a similar high-volume events or hospitality environment;
-
Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding guest service experience;

Ability to lead by example, train, coach and motivate and engage team members at the frontline;

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;

Experience working with POS Database Systems and competent cash handling/management;
-
Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks;

Availability to be rostered across five days flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved.
Your new day-to-day:
-
Lead and supervise SkyPoint Attendants during events, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest interaction.

Lead day-to-day shift operations in our Bistro & Bar, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Manage staff breaks and ensure efficient rostering to maintain adequate service coverage at all times.
-
Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating key operational updates, menu changes, and daily objectives to the team.
-
Oversee event setup, operation, and pack down. Manual handling tasks are heavily included in this position.

Collaborate with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.

Handle guest inquiries during events, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience.

Provide training for event and F&B staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet event demands.

Ensure venue and event spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after events.
