The Opportunity:
Looking for steady local driving work where you’re home every day and drive your own truck?
We’re seeking an HC Driver based in Port Kembla to handle local, Sydney Metro and some regional deliveries and pick-ups across a variety of freight.
This role offers consistent work, supportive management and well-maintained equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Local metro deliveries and collections including:
Palletised freight
Steel and timber products
Empty and full containers
Freight is transported on standard trailers and containers, secured with straps, ratchets and/or chains.
The Support Behind You
You’ll report to a supervisor with years of experience, who brings extensive knowledge in load restraint and transport operations.
From day one you’ll receive training and support, including guidance around weights, load setup and compliance, so you’re never left on your own.
What We’re Looking For
MC Licence (essential)
12 months on-road MC driving experience preferred
Forklift licence advantageous but not a must
Understanding of load restraint
Strong focus on safety
Reliable and professional attitude
MSIC card advantageous but not a must
