We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing, responsive, and developmentally appropriate care and education for children.
- Support the implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Standard (NQS), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and service policies and procedures.
- Promote and uphold Child Safe Standards, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and rights of all children are protected at all times.
- Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
- Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
Essential Requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Child Safe Standards and child protection responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of service policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practice in early childhood education and care.
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional learning and reflective practice.
Mandatory Qualifications and Clearances
Applicants must hold:
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A satisfactory National Police Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management qualifications (where required).
- Current Mandatory Reporting training.
- Current Child Safe training. (Geccko)
- Relevant Early Childhood Education qualification, or be actively working towards one, as recognised under Australian regulatory requirements.

Pay: $34.39 – $43.64 per hour
