About the role
This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on vehicles and equipment, performing routine and scheduled maintenance, servicing, and inspections. You will conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis on equipment failures, maintain maintenance records and documentation, respond to breakdowns and provide off-site mechanical support when required, support operational activities including cylinder handling and site logistics, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on vehicles and equipment

The remuneration is between - $78,000- $81,000
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial gas or manufacturing industry
- Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working within a safety-focused environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Current forklift licence (advantageous)
