Opportunities for a ServiceNow Developer, Business Analyst and Tester are currently available. As a ServiceNow Team Member you will be joining a collaborative technology team to support the on-going initiatives of the ServiceNow platform at the AFP. The roles sit within the ServiceNow Capability Team within the Enterprise Policing Systems Branch of the CIO Command. The Branch is responsible for developing and supporting a range of business applications and systems. Providing critical integrated, secure and effective information and communication systems and services to the AFP.
The ServiceNow team aligns to the Agile framework, operating as a cross-functional Scrum team focused on delivering a usable Increment each Sprint. As a ServiceNow Team Member you will contribute across analysis, build, and testing to deliver the working, tested modification or enhancement.
You will be integral in assisting the design, development, testing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions working closely with stakeholders and business representatives to deliver outcomes for the AFP. These solutions are developed applying iterative techniques and Agile methodologies. It will involve assisting in maturing the development capability using existing and emerging processes, frameworks and tools. The successful applicant will contribute to the successes of an agile, multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering business value and continuous improvement in accordance with Agile methodologies, Scrum principles and industry best practice.AFP appointees contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments.
